The Ladder of Success - Goal Setting

Goal Setting

The more you strive to achieve your life objectives, the more "luck" emerges in the shape of opportunity.

Pursuing your objectives and discovering your potential defines your future life's course.

Goals define what you desire and help you stay focused on a certain goal.

Personal objectives are often linked to your health, relationships, and happiness.

Consider your lifestyle objectives!

Professional objectives are connected to what you want to achieve with your schooling and work.

Consider your financial objectives!

Life goals are long-term objectives such as getting married, starting a family, maintaining strong friendships, and assisting others.

Consider your values!

Make a Vision

Where do you envision yourself in a year?

Where else do you want in five, ten, or fifteen years?

The future is in your imagination, of who you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to accomplish.

Those who trust in good aspirations, regardless of the circumstances, can benefit much from a clear vision.

Ladder for Setting Goals

The steps required to create a loaf of bread.

Plowing, sowing, harvesting, shearing, beating the grains, winnowing, separating, grinding into flour, sifting, adding milk, eggs, and yeast, kneading, and baking till it reaches the kitchen table.

A ladder has rungs that allow individuals to ascend to higher levels.

The rungs signify a succession of stages (similar to creating a loaf of bread) that must be taken one rung at a time to reach the higher level.

Each rung ascended becomes a landmark.

A clear image of your perfect future places you on the first rung of the success ladder.

With each step forward, you gain confidence in your ability to achieve your ultimate goal.

Consider the possibilities.

* Think about the advantages.

"Ask, and it shall be given to you."

Everyone who begs will be granted!

Because it enhances your potential, knowledge is power.

The appropriate information provides you with the confidence to make decisions based on what is best for you, prevent mistakes, and learn new things.

What information you require is determined by your goals.

"Seek, and You Shall Find"

Those who look will discover!

A dying rich farmer in ancient Greece told his sons, "My treasure is hidden in the fields; dig for it if you want to be rich."

After the old man's death, the two sons, delved and worked, diligently, turning up the earth in every field but did not locate any hidden riches.

When spring arrived and there was no evidence of a treasure box, they gave up their hunt so that the fields could be planted with maize.

Then there was summer and harvesting.

And what a plentiful crop they had!

The guys had discovered the wealth they were looking for while mining the ground.

The approach devised by their wise old father had worked!

"Come, as well as the Doors Will Indeed be Open for You."

*The door will be opened for those who knock!

*to learn and grow

*in order to realize their ambitions

Life may be better physically, psychologically, socially, academically, and spiritually if one takes use of their possibilities.
